Paid media
Spend less on ads that do not work, and more on the ones that do.
Ad platforms make it easy to spend money and hard to know what it bought. I plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns around one question: which dollars are bringing in customers? Every campaign starts with a clear goal and ends with a report you can take to leadership.
Who this is for
- Businesses running ads with no clear link to leads or sales
- Teams boosting posts and hoping for the best
- Companies ready to scale spend but unsure where
What's included
- Paid searchGoogle and Microsoft campaigns built around high-intent keywords, with tight budget control.
- Paid socialMeta, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube campaigns with audience building and creative testing.
- Programmatic, retargeting and expanded reachDisplay and video that reach people who have already shown interest, and new audiences that look like your best customers.
- Media planning and pacingA budget split across channels based on what each returns, adjusted monthly.
- Attribution and lift testingTests that show what your ads actually add, not just what the platforms claim.

Results
I have managed paid media with attribution and incrementality testing inside a $5M integrated program at a Fortune 100 materials company, and run paid social on brand channels that grew engagement 140% in a year while paid spend fell 95%.

Is there a minimum ad budget?
No fixed minimum. I will tell you honestly if your budget is too small for a channel to work.
How do you charge?
A flat fee scoped to the work and agreed up front, so my advice on how much to spend is never tied to how much I earn.
Will I own my ad accounts?
Yes. Accounts stay in your name, and I work in them with your permission.
